Business Plans
Jason Bresnehan can assist organisational management and their teams to develop strategic business plans.
Typically, the Business Plans include these core areas:
- Opportunity Search
- Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats Analysis (SWOT).
- Strategy formulation and portfolio planning
- Product
- Pricing
- Production and/or Service Systems
- People Management
- Promotion
- Distribution
- Research and Development (R&D)
- Finance
- Accounting Systems and Controls
- Exit Strategies
Workshop Approach
Jason takes a strategic approach to organisation planning. Typically the process involves a series of workshops with key organisational executives and management where a detailed SWOT analysis is undertaken followed by strategy choice and formulation workshops.
The outcome of these workshops is a strategic and operational direction that is "owned" by the executive and management team.
The strategic and operational direction is then expressed as detailed financial models, underpined by conservative assumptions and rigorous sensitiviy analysis.
Opportunity Search and the KISS Principle
Our Business Plans are developed on the basis three guiding principles:
- Opportunity Search: Developing implementing strategies, tactics and actions to ensure that an organisation is undertaking the continual pursuit and exploitation of new opportunities.
- Keep It Simple Stupid: Developing KISS strategies that are void of unnecessary complexity.
- Utilise web and Internet tools and applications in the organisation's business processes and business systems
