  • Due dilligence, including market, product, technology, manufacturing and finance.
  • Identifying and approaching potential purchasers.
  • Structuring acquisitions, mergers, business unit or divisional divestments, real-estate sale and lease back, value-add of surplus land or property in land reach companies, including all strategy development, business planning and cash flow development with senior management.

With seven years expeperience in early stage technology venture capital and four years in investment banking, including structured property finance, Jason Bresnehan can assist you with you capital raising needs across the following areas:
