Structured Approach to Corporate Restrucutre

Our strucutred approach is to:

explore and cost all strategic options to save the businesses through operational restructures and streamlining
explore all options for the sale of non-core assets
formulate a re-organisation and re-structure plan
balance sheet restructures within the parameters of the company’s Constitution and shareholder agreement (if applicable).
developing and negotiating the preparation of deeds of agreement that restructure debt and equity positions between debt holders, trade creditors and the various classes of shareholders.
identification of potential partners, for example they may be a supplier to the business to realise optimal financial outcomes for all parties.

Appointments Prior to Formal Insolvency Appointments

Jason Bresnehan provides its services prior to formal insolvency appointments of Voluntary Administrations, Receiverships and Liquidations. A formal insolvency appointment, with a registered insovency practicitioner may be a recomended outcome of the consultancy, but generally the objective is to avoid this.

If a formal insovencyis an outcome, Jason Bresnehan, works with company directors and the executive management team to manage the Admiistration, Receivership, or liquidation process.

This includes assiting Directors meeting their Report as to Affairs (RATA)obligations and workingwith stakeholders to develop Deeds of COmpany Arrangements (DOCA) - Creditor apporved commercial proposals to operate the business in some restrcutured way to increase the return for creditors.
