Keep It Simple Stupid
We provide business consulting advice and implementation based on the KISS, or the Keep It Simple Stupid principle.
- Design and implement strategies that are simple, in every strategy of the business
- Design and implement systems and processes that are simple in every facet of an organisation
- Seek and destroy complexity
- Seek and destroy the sources of complexity
Complexity is Stupid
Complexity wastes time and costs money. Complexity causes paralysis within a business. Complexity causes customers to turn away. Complexity makes it harder for your distributors, suppliers and partners.
Great companies, great businesses and great organisations design and implement organisation wide strategies, processes and systems that are simple and devoid of complexity.
When great businesses see complexity creeping into their business they remove and destroy the source.
Great businesses live by the Keep it Simple Stupid or KISS principle.
