Non-Executive Director, Corporate Restructure Role

Environinvest Ltd, Trading as Primary Yield
Melbourne - Forestry and Agricultural MIS Manager

Environinvest is one investment of the Pescott Group, and Jason Bresnehan joined the company as a Non-Executive Director in July 2008 to assist in the final stages of a major asset divestment and planned restructure of the company.

The main asset that Environinvest owns and manages on behalf of investors is its forest assets which consists of 10,000 hectares of Tasmanian Blue Gum plantations. In March 2008 these assets together with freehold land owned or leased by Environinvest were independently valued at $180 million. The Company commenced an international sales campaign, supervised by Ernst Young, to sell these assets and return the proceeds to the creditors, investors and shareholders of the Company.

On the 19th of September 2008 the directors voluntarily appointed an Administrator to protect the tree assets from secured creditors who had security over land upon which those tree crops sit. On the 22nd of September the Commonwealth Bank of Australia appointed a Receiver and Manager to the Company. Because of the high profile of Jason Bresnehan's fellow Director Mr Roger Pescott, numerous erroneous statements and inferences concerning Environinvest and Roger Pescott have been made in the media and by the Receiver and Manager.

Jason Bresnehan continues as a non-executive Director of Environinvest Ltd (In Liquidation) and is assisting Roger Pescott in meeting the responsibilities of the Administrators and achieving the best possible result for all classes of creditors and shareholders.

Non-Executive Director, Distressed Company, Corporate Restructure Role

Motorway Tyres Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Environinvest
Stawell and Melbourne - Tyre Remanufacturer

Jason Bresnehan became a Director of Motorway Tyres to undertake an assessment of the distressed business. The business was distressed as a result of global factors, such as the price of oil, the price of rubber, and the increase in the Australian market of extremely cheap brand new tyres from China and India.

Indeed Goodyear who owned South Pacific Tyres (another Australia tyre manufacture) was closed shortly before Jason Bresnehan's appointment to Motorway, as Goodyear with all its resources could not develop strategies to counter these global factors.

Over a 14 day period Jason analysed all core aspects of the operating business, strategic options, potential turnaround strategies, international and local sale opportunities and local and global market conditions. The decision was made to place the Company into voluntary Administration.

Jason worked with the Administrators as the key company contact. The Company has now entered Liquidation and Jason continues to work with the Liquidators to finalise the liquidation process.
